Figure3.csv contains all of the data used in producing the plots in figure 3:

The columns are labelled as to whether they refer to the Cs/Yb number or temperature for the data with the other species (mix) or without (single).
The fitted model data is labelled Model. The model for no interaction (CsYb scattering length = 0) is called initial, the model with interaction (CsYb scattering length = 15 a0) is called final
X is the Time in ms
NCs is in units of 10^{4} atoms
NYb is in units of 10^{6} atoms
Temperature is in uK

Figure4.csv contains all of the data used in producing the plots in figure 4:

The columns are labelled as to whether they refer to the Cs/Yb number or temperature for the data with Yb 170 or Yb 174.
The fitted model data is labelled Model
X is the Time in ms
NCs is in units of 10^{4} atoms
NYb is in units of 10^{6} atoms
Temperature is in uK

Figure5.csv contains (most of?) the results used in producing the plots in figure 5:

The columns are labelled with the quantity they contain (either cross section or scattering length) and the quantity used for the fitting (a or sigma_eta^1).
Units are Angstrom and Angstrom^2 for scattering lengths and cross sections, respectively.

Figure6_2D_Thermal.csv contains the data for producing the 2D absorption image in the top left panel in figure 6
The values give the optical depth

Figure6_2D_Mix.csv contains the data for producing the 2D absorption image in the top centre panel in figure 6
The values give the optical depth

Figure6_2D_Pure.csv contains the data for producing the 2D absorption image in the top right panel in figure 6
The values give the optical depth

Figure6.csv contains the data for producing the plots in the bottom panels of figure 6
The columns are labelled with thermal (for thermal cloud, left panel),mix (for the two component cloud, centre panel) and pure (for pure BEC, right panel)
The x-values are position in (um)
The y-values are optical depth
All model fits are labelled in the column header
